Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
A South Walton Local for over 20 years, Alex grew up on the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. After graduating from South Walton High School, Alex attended Florida State University where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Applied Mathematics. Following graduation from FSU, he felt drawn back home. Alex pursued a career in Real Estate and eventually began investing in vacation rental properties here on the Emerald Coast. He saw a need to deliver first-class service to vacationers and property owners so he founded Coastal Retreats, a boutique luxury vacation rental management company. Through his uncompromising dedication and work ethic, Alex goes above and beyond for his guests and property owners.
